Baumgartner Urban Systems Strategy, LLC (BUSS) is an engineering, planning and strategic consultancy launched by Steven Baumgartner. Steven has a rich history of creating unique solutions to assist clients in meeting their high-performance, economic, and strategic missions across scales. The foundation of BUSS’s work is driven on the basis that our services and infrastructures are not providing the outcomes we need. Steven believes in systems approaches across scales and boundaries to create equitable, sustainable, and resilient campuses, communities, and cities. He has led complex projects for a wide range of clients, from universities to corporations, municipal governments to non-profits.
