As residents of Rio Vista, we were skeptical about what California Forever was proposing. However, as we learned more about the project and read the initiative, we support the vision of what is being proposed. We see this as clear opportunity for Rio Vista and the surrounding community to have resources and future growth that will benefit current residents and future generations.
