I lived in Northern California for 50 years (Modesto, Sunnyvale, Fremont, San Ramon, Dublin). With Kids in their late 20's that cannot afford a home. This type of layout (As long as real estate companies are not allowed to purchase and rent) is a great idea. All the best.
