Voting ‘Yes’ on this Project or Plan, gives us the chance to reach back, to say, “This time, we’re making our own opportunity.” For stability, for jobs, for that dream of a better life in Solano County. When the ballot comes out in November, I’m not just voting ‘yes’ for a project.
