The East Solano Homes, Jobs, and Clean Energy Initiative

We worked with the Solano community to design something wonderful.

On February 14th, we filed an amended version of the initiative to further protect Travis Air Force Base with the Solano County Registrar of Voters. Read more about these changes, and download the new initiative here.
You can learn more about the Initiative through the 10 Guarantees, our Supporters, and our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

10 Guarantees

The East Solano Homes, Jobs, and Clean Energy Initiative includes an unprecedented set of 10 Guarantees to create a new community and future for residents of Solano County.

The initiative guarantees that we'll bring good-paying jobs, middle-class homes, and walkable neighborhoods to Solano County.

It also includes $500M in community benefits for homeownership, scholarships, and preservation of open and public spaces.

Finally, the initiative includes a $200M Solano Downtowns Fund to invest in the existing cities of Solano County. We're excited to collaborate with these communities to develop new businesses, restore buildings, and create new places in Solano downtowns through this fund.

My family has lived in Fairfield for three generations, any yet there's a real possibility that I will never be able to buy a home here.

I love the vision of a walkable, sustainable community powered by renewable energy with homes for all ages and incomes.
