California Forever invests in property in Suisun City’s Historic Waterfront District
We’re pleased to share that we’ve begun the process of investing in property in the Historic Waterfront District of Suisun City.
As committed in our June 3rd, 2025 offer letter to Suisun City, we are currently in negotiations with Suisun City to purchase the city- and related agency-owned parcels at 701, 707, 711, 713, and 717 Main St, Suisun City, as well as parking lots across the street, listed as Assessor Parcel Numbers 0032-141-170 and 0032-141-180. Following standard real estate practice, we are working to purchase these lots through a wholly-owned subsidiary, CF Suisun 1 LLC.
In addition to these purchases, the adjacent parcel at 721 Main St was recently listed for sale. We made an offer and are currently under contract. This ongoing investment in downtown Suisun City reflects our deep commitment to the community and the vitality of the area.
If we ultimately reach an agreement with Suisun City and purchase these parcels, we look forward to planning what comes next alongside Suisun community members, city staff, and elected officials. We hope to bring more foot traffic, homes, and local businesses to the Historic Waterfront District — a place we all know and love.
