I’ve commuted two hours daily to work for 25 years. I want my kids to stay in the county, and the only way they’ll be able to remain in the Bay Area is if there are good opportunities in Solano County. I support the plan to build a new city with new job opportunities for everyone.

How lucky we are that in our neighborhood there is a vision for a well-thought out plan to build a new city from scratch with sensible planning for a wide range of urban living variables that too often are addressed when it is too late or not at all. Give Sensible Planning A Chance! It is a Win-Win-Win for all!

I support California Forever project because it is going to bring in new jobs, affordable homes and it is an overall good investment to Solano County.

I want to help support future generations to achieve the American Dream. Too many Californians are currently giving up hope and leaving our state for a variety of reasons. The proposed city in Solano might help them find reasons to not only stay in CA but also become involved in the overall development plus find their future new home. It appears almost everyone in Solano will benefit from this development and then have a new community to be proud of forever.

For a small town with limited opportunities, the California Forever plan is a no-brainer. It promises to revitalize our city, eliminating the need for long commutes to work and ensuring our children can find local employment opportunities. Additionally, improved schools could attract more respectable residents and put our county on the map.

I think it’s important for us to have a new community between Rio Vista and Fairfield where all the things we have to go out of town for will be located just 5 miles down the road. My husband and I own the Rio Vista Holistic Health Center and many times we have to send people to the hospital out of town, maybe for X-rays, but more importantly for emergency cases that need urgent care. We are a small clinic and don’t have everything. I urge you to vote yes.

Solano County desperately needs investments. Development in that area is going to happen and I’d rather see a thoughtful community instead of more warehousing. I support this investment in our community and it will be a good thing for most people who live here.

This promising project will generate economic opportunities, and stability, benefiting businesses and families alike.

As a mother to four kids, I often fear they will grow up and move far away. Knowing there is a new community with more jobs, affordable housing, and small business opportunities is exciting.

This initiative will bring jobs to Solano for local contractors but also out of state contractors which bring business to our hotels and restaurants. My partner commutes up to 2-3 hours for work—local jobs are a priority.
